AETHER FOUNDERS CLUB TERMS

For Loop Members and Beta Testers

The Aether Founders Club consists of four groups: The Loop (standard members), Beta Testers (early access members), an Advisory Board and Product Resellers (both covered by separate terms). These terms apply to Loop members and Beta Testers.  

By joining The Loop or accepting a Beta Tester invitation, you agree to: 

KEEP IT CONFIDENTIAL
Information shared in newsletters, demos, surveys, and preview calls about Aether's product features, roadmap, technical architecture and business strategy is confidential. Please don’t share these details publicly or with non-members unless we explicitly mark something as “safe to share.” 

WHAT YOU CAN SHARE
You’re welcome to:
o Mention you’re a Founding Believer in Aether
o Share content we explicitly label as “shareable” (we’ll make this clear)
o Discuss publicly available information from our website 

YOUR FEEDBACK AND IDEAS
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us can be used by Aether without obligation or compensation. We value your input and want the freedom to build on it. 

FOUNDERS CLUB STRUCTURE
The Aether Founders Club has four distinct groups: 

  1. The Loop: Standard Founders Club members who receive newsletters, participate in surveys, attend quarterly preview calls, and provide strategic feedback. 

  2. Beta Testers: Selected Founders Club members who additionally receive early access to test features, interact with the platform, and provide detailed product feedback. Beta Testers have additional obligations (see Section 8). 

  3. Advisory Board: A separate group with distinct terms not covered by this document. 

  4. Product Resellers: A separate group with distinct terms not covered by this document. 

These terms apply to Loop members and Beta Testers only. 

MEMBERSHIP AT OUR DISCRETION
The Loop is limited to 100 standard members. Beta Tester selection is independent of this limit. We reserve the right to approve or decline membership applications, and to remove members from The Founders Club at any time, at our sole discretion and without providing reasons. This includes situations where confidentiality is breached or community guidelines are not upheld. 

MOVING BETWEEN GROUPS
Loop members: May be invited to become Beta Testers. Acceptance is optional. You remain a Loop member whether you accept or decline. 

Beta Testers: May have beta access revoked at any time. You automatically revert to Loop member status unless you choose to unsubscribe entirely. 

NO OBLIGATION
This isn’t a formal partnership or employment. You can leave the Aether Founders Club anytime by unsubscribing.  

Loop members: Stop receiving all Founders Club communications   

Beta Testers: Lose beta access immediately and all Loop benefits  

There are no membership fees, refunds, or financial obligations on either side.

DURATION OF CONFIDENTIALITY
For all Founders Club members (Loop and Beta Testers): These confidentiality obligations continue until Aether's public product launch (currently scheduled for February 2027) or until we release you from confidentiality, whichever comes first. 

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS FOR BETA TESTERS
Beta Testers are Loop members with additional access and obligations. If selected as a Beta Tester, you agree to: 

a) Enhanced confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality about any platform features, functionality, or materials you access through beta testing. Do not share screenshots, recordings, or detailed descriptions without written permission. 

b) Proper participation: Use beta access for testing and feedback only, not production business use. Follow any specific guidelines we provide. 

c) Feedback ownership: All feedback, bug reports, and suggestions you provide through beta testing become our property without compensation or attribution. 

d) No warranties: Beta materials are provided "as is" without guarantees about functionality, availability, security, or fitness for purpose. 

e) Beta access termination: We may revoke your beta access at any time without notice. You will revert to standard Loop member status. 

f) Additional specific terms: We may provide additional terms when inviting you to specific beta activities. Those terms supplement this agreement.
