POSSIBILITY

Ever wondered what’s ‘in the Aether’?

Aether is your digital sanctuary for breakthrough thinking at work. A calm, intelligent space where you can transform challenges into inventive solutions – because the possibilities are endless when your mind has room to breathe, wander, and connect ideas in unexpected ways.

“I have no time to think – I spend most of my time firefighting on random BAU actions.”

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

THE PROBLEM

WE’RE SOLVING

Brilliant minds need better conditions
Employee disengagement is at an all-time high, costing businesses $8.9 trillion a year globally. The root cause? Structures at work today systematically silence our best thinkers.

THE DAILY REALITY

O Constant firefighting leaves no space for reflection

O Your best ideas vanish before you can capture them

O Silos prevent you from accessing the collective intelligence around you

O Complex problems demand deep thinking, but you’re stuck keeping plates spinning

THE PERSONAL COST

O Only 10% of UK workers feel truly engaged at work

O 35-40% report having no real voice or autonomy

O Brilliant minds go quiet, knowing their ideas won't be heard

O The mental load of juggling everything in your head is exhausting

THE ORGANISATIONAL IMPACT

O UK productivity lags 15-20% below the G7 average

O 35% employee turnover as talented people leave for environments where they can think

O 72% of organisations maintain hierarchies that suppress bottom-up innovation

O The best problem-solvers in your company are silenced by systems designed for compliance, not creativity

THE AETHER STORY

CLAIRE BOWERS – CEO and SHARON ZIMMERLI – CXO

WHY WE’RE BUILDING AETHER

In a business landscape fixated on measurable outputs and immediate results, Claire and Sharon found themselves repeatedly asking: “What if we could transform how organisations think?”

Claire, with her natural ability to cultivate diverse perspectives, spent two decades championing psychological safety and designing collaboration models to unearth unique perspectives across global teams. “Every organisation is full of incredible voices with ideas that could change everything. “We need to design a future of work that gives everyone, regardless of title or department, the ability to evolve their ideas and have a positive impact on the businesses they work for.”

Sharon, a reflective problem-solver with a designer’s eye for elegant solutions, brings complementary insight. “The focus on ‘doing’ rather than ‘thinking’ impacts both wellbeing and results. The best solutions emerge when people have space to consider challenges from multiple angles.”

A SHARED VISION

Their partnership, forged eight years ago, uncovered a shared philosophy: Where Claire thrives on bringing people together across disciplines, Sharon excels at creating conditions for deep, transformative thinking. Both value the human element above all else.

The concept for Aether crystallised in 2025. “We were discussing how creative workplace cultures were fundamentally broken,” Claire recalls. “Constant pressure to produce without time for reflection was creating not just suboptimal solutions, but genuine human suffering.”

A crucial realisation emerged: The world didn’t need more frameworks or productivity tools. It needed a completely reimagined approach to organisational thinking – one that valued the ‘how’ as much as the ‘what.’

“By creating a digital sanctuary that combines coaching with creativity, we could offer something fundamentally different: a protected space where reflection becomes a competitive advantage.”

They’ve since validated their approach through extensive conversations with leaders across industries, confirming a core insight: organisations are hungering for a new model of collaborative problem-solving that enhances both business outcomes and human wellbeing.

Sharon’s closing thought:
“Aether isn’t just another digital tool. It’s the culmination of decades of leadership experience and a deep understanding of what makes organisations truly thrive: empowered people working together in an environment designed for both psychological safety and breakthrough thinking.”

IN ACTION

SEE AETHER

Through four demonstration videos, watch how Aether transforms everyday professional moments. See how intelligent enquiry guides problem-solving, how fleeting insights become organised intelligence, and how teams move from scattered observations to leadership-ready solutions.

The best solutions are always built on a well-defined problem. Most of us jump to conclusions before we truly understand the challenge in front of us, and the ideas that follow are only as strong as the thinking that preceded them. Watch the demonstrations to see the full experience. Then go further with Aether Glimpse, the first interactive part of Aether you can try for yourself.

Senior leaders from these organisations have experienced Aether firsthand. Their feedback has been one of our greatest sources of validation.
