Aether Glimpse gives a person a confidential, one-to-one session on a real challenge they are facing at work. Structured thinking that moves from a vague problem to a defined one, then to resolution pathways they can act on and keep. Ten minutes, on mobile or desktop, whenever suits them.
In the demo you will watch that session unfold, using challenges drawn from your own sector so the friction on screen is friction you recognise. Then we show the dashboard a leader receives at the close of a pilot: what the cohort is carrying, where contribution and trust are under strain, and a conservative estimate of the value sitting inside the problems they surfaced.
